Returns
We understand that from time to time, some customers may need to return products for reasons beyond our control. We are happy to accept returns under the following conditions:
1. We can only accept returns that have been pre-authorized. To obtain pre-authorization, please send a detailed email to returns@shabbylane.com describing the nature of the problem and your reason for requesting a refund.
2. Due to the personal nature of some of our products, we cannot accept returns of used or partially used products. We may issue a store credit when circumstances warrant.
3. You are responsible for all shipping and handling charges when making a return, unless we authorize other arrangements prior to shipping.
4. All item photos and descriptions listed on ShabbyLane.com are correct and accurate to the best of our knowledge. They have been included in good faith for informational purposes only. You should not rely upon the information presented on this site for any specific purpose; no representation or warranty is given as to its accuracy or completeness.
